There are many ways to receive coaching and each person is different. Understanding what you need to move forward will help us to decide how we work together. Good collaboration requires communication and flexibility. Good coaching requires good collaboration.
Training plans and resources which you purchase are a good starting point for those who want a softer DIY entry into endurance fitness. If you're taking on your first race or athletic event, this can be a nice way to have structure without feeling too involved or overwhelmed by the depth of coaching. Training plans are available for all running and triathlon distances, and can be designed for specific events.
Prices range from $50 - $500 depending on the event and duration of training.
Personal coaching is a 1-1 session with you and the coach. This can be done digitally or in person, and the focus will be 100% on you! Personal sessions are a great way to focus on specific skills, guided training, or focusing on building the right mindset for your journey.
$100/hour for in-person sessions; $75/hr for digital sessions; fees can be pro-rated for shorter sessions with a minimum time of 30 minutes.
Monthly coaching is a combination of a detailed, adaptive, training plan with personalized feedback and communication. This is the perfect plan for someone who needs a partner in accountability, wants to achieve something that they never have, or needs that advantage to achieve a new personal record. This approach is also perfect for people whose lives are chaotic - the flexibility allows for changes over time whereby I keep track of progress and make sure you are fit enough for your goal!
60-min 1-1 intro session to determine goals, parameters, and training needs
Detailed weekly workouts tailored to suit your schedule and needs
Detailed weekly feedback and guidance based on client workout logs
1 Personal coaching session per month
Base price from $350/month; 3-month minimum. Additional personal coaching sessions at a 25% discount.
Cultivation is about the journey. Wellness is more than just a goal or an objective. Success is a moving target. Cultivation focuses on creating the mindset that serves you for tackling all challenges, on and off the field. I work with clients on cultivation as its own methodology as well to support mental fortitude. No matter what your personal goals are, we can work together to achieve what you need.
